Today's Good Morning Saline is Don Dersnah, Director of Saline Area Social Service. Dersnah said he shelves at the community food pantry are nearly bare. The agency is accepting donations of non-perishable food (canned and boxed food). Donations can be dropped off at 131 E. Michigan Ave., during regular office hours. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Mondays, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Saline Area Social Service provides temporary help to individuals, families and seniors in need of advice, counseling, food, medicine, referrals, and other temporary support.
